1. Shipping Locations

We deliver all over India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you during checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 5-10 business days
  • No Express Shipping available.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹2000.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50 for orders below ₹2000.
  • Any additional customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹5000.
  • A small COD handling fee of ₹50 may be applicable.
  • Orders placed via COD must be accepted upon delivery. Repeated refusals may result in a restriction on COD for future orders.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your package.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make two attempts to deliver the order.
  • If undelivered, the package will be returned, and refund (minus shipping charges) will be processed.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or courier service issues.
