1. Returns Eligibility

- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Certain items such as personal care products, beauty items, and customized or clearance sale products are non-returnable for hygiene and policy reasons.

- Pack the product securely and send it back via a trackable shipping method.

- If the product is damaged, used, or missing original packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
4. Exchange Policy

- If the replacement product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
